Atul Auto July 2026 Sales Performance

Atul Auto reported total domestic and export sales of 3,800 three-wheelers in July 2026, registering 39.86 per cent YoY growth from 2,717 units sold in July 2025.

Domestic sales increased 28.60 per cent YoY to 3,215 units from 2,500 units in the corresponding month last year.

Within the domestic business, IC engine vehicle sales rose 44.24 per cent to 2,680 units, while electric vehicle (EV) sales stood at 535 units, compared with 642 units in July 2025.

Including exports, IC engine vehicle sales increased 57.35 per cent YoY to 3,265 units, while EV sales remained at 535 units.

Year-to-Date Performance

For the first four months of FY27, total domestic and export sales reached 13,678 units, registering a 41.76 per cent YoY growth compared with 9,649 units during the corresponding period of FY26.

Domestic sales during the period increased 31.13 per cent to 11,533 units, while domestic IC engine sales rose 42.50 per cent to 9,180 units.

Shareholding Pattern

According to the June 2026 shareholding pattern, Ace Investor Vijay Kedia held an 18.20 per cent stake in Atul Auto, while Kedia Securities Private Limited owned an additional 2.71 per cent stake.

Institutional ownership remained limited, with Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) holding 0.53 per cent and Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) holding 0.07 per cent of the company. Promoters held 42.70 per cent, while the public owned 56.71 per cent.
