Vijay Kedia Family Holds Significant Stake

According to the latest shareholding pattern, ace investor Vijay Kishanlal Kedia holds a 7.85 per cent stake in TAC Infosec, while Ankit Vijay Kedia owns 3.64 per cent. Together, the Kedia family controls 11.49 per cent of the company's equity, making them among the key public shareholders.

The presence of the Kedia family has helped keep the stock on investors' watchlists, particularly as the company operates in the fast-growing cybersecurity segment.

TAC Infosec Public Shareholding Sees Sharp Increase

TAC Infosec has witnessed a notable rise in public participation over the past two years. Public shareholding increased to 43.30 per cent in March 2026, compared with 31.01 per cent in April 2024.

The number of shareholders also increased significantly during the period, rising from 1,193 investors to 5,143 investors, reflecting growing retail and public interest in the stock.

Meanwhile, promoter ownership remained largely stable at 56.66 per cent in March 2026, compared with 56.94 per cent in April 2024, indicating limited promoter dilution.

TAC Infosec Shareholding Pattern

While public participation increased, foreign institutional ownership declined sharply. FII holding fell from 9.81 per cent in April 2024 to 0.04 per cent in March 2026.

The latest shareholding data also shows that Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) currently do not hold any stake in the company.
