In its consolidated Quarterly Results, the company reported net sales of Rs 94.43 crore and net profit of Rs 3.25 crore in Q1FY26. The company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 21.99 crore on sales of Rs 494.05 crore for the twelve months ending March 31, 2025. During the same fiscal year (FY25), Om Freight Forwarders handled a total cargo volume of 66.86 million tonnes (MT), along with 1,16,457 TEUs of container cargo.

Recently, the company came up with the IPO, which had an upper price band of Rs 135 per share and raised a total of Rs 122.31 crore. This amount comprised a fresh issue (Rs 24.44 crore) and an Offer-for-Sale (OFS) (Rs 97.88 crore). The public issue saw strong investor interest, being overall subscribed 3.87 times. Specifically, the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) segment was subscribed to 3.97 times, Non-Institutional Investors (NII) 7.39 times and Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) 2.75 times.
