Shares Below Rs 100: Only Buyers Were Seen in These Stocks, Locked in Upper Circuit Today

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in green on Friday with the Sensex up 0.75 per cent at 85,567 and the Nifty-50 up 0.79 per cent at 26,172. About 2,794 shares have advanced, 1,515 shares have declined and 192 shares were unchanged on the BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 86,056 on November 27, 2025 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,310 on November 27, 2025.

The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 0.86 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 1.12 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Cochin Shipyard Ltd, GE Vernova T&D India Ltd, Lloyds Metals & Energy Ltd and Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers were Quadrant Future Tek Ltd, Jupiter Wagons Ltd, Ideaforge Technology Ltd and Rajesh Exports Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices were traded mixed with the BSE Focused IT Index and BSE IT Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Consumer Durables Index and BSE Realty Index were the Top Losers.

As of December 22, 2025, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies was approximately Rs 475 lakh crore or USD 5.31 trillion. On the same day, 143 stocks hit a 52-week high while 129 stocks touched a 52-week low.
