These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 3.5 points or 0.00 per cent.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped by 0.28 per cent, power zoomed by 0.15 per cent, and auto was unchanged.
Meanwhile, Tirumalai Chemicals Ltd, Galaxy Surfactants Ltd and JBM Auto Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the session today.
Tirumalai Chemicals Ltd, an S&P BSE Group A company, surged 4.13 per cent to trade at Rs 246.05 apiece. Tirumalai Chemicals Ltd has allotted 18,96,614 equity shares on a preferential basis at Rs 296 per share, raising Rs 56.14 crore. The issue was made to promoters and promoter group entities and the shares will rank pari passu with existing equity shares.
Galaxy Surfactants Ltd climbed 3.48 per cent to Rs 2,113.55. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
