Bright Outdoor Media Limited is expanding its presence in India’s out-of-home advertising market through transit-media projects, traditional hoardings and digital light-emitting diode, or LED, displays. The company has now received in-principle approval from BSE to migrate from the BSE SME Platform to the BSE Main Board, while its Main Board listing on the National Stock Exchange of India is scheduled for November 6, 2026.
The twin market-access developments mark the next stage after Bright Outdoor Media’s March 24, 2023 listing on the BSE SME Platform. The BSE approval is a preliminary step towards migration, while the NSE listing is expected to provide the company access to a broader investor base and improve its capital-market visibility.
The company has been building advertising inventory through infrastructure-linked contracts and digital media. It has secured advertising rights for Navi Mumbai Metro Line 1 and operates premium outdoor locations under the Vile Parle to Kandivali Railway Road Over Bridge advertising tender with Indian Railways. Bright Outdoor also said it now operates more than 50 large-format digital LED billboards across high-visibility locations.
Its latest standalone financial performance provides context for the planned Main Board presence. Revenue from operations rose 20.7 per cent YoY to Rs 153.03 crore in FY2025-26, while profit after Tax increased 26.1 per cent to Rs 24.05 crore. Advertising services remained the principal contributor, generating Rs 146.17 crore of revenue during the year.
The company has also launched Bright 360, an integrated branding and advertising initiative intended to widen its offering beyond individual outdoor formats. The strategy could help Bright Outdoor combine its owned and exclusive advertising inventory with wider campaign and promotional services. However, the revenue potential from recently secured metro, railway and LED assets will depend on timely execution, advertising demand and utilisation of the new inventory.
As of 11:05 am on November 6, 2026, Bright Outdoor Media shares were trading at Rs 377.90, up 0.8 per cent from the previous close. The stock was about 14.1 per cent below its 52-week high of Rs 440, while remaining above its 52-week low of Rs 323.00. Over one year, the shares gained 8.2 per cent, compared with a 2.16 per cent decline in the BSE 500 over the same period. The company’s market capitalisation stood at Rs 818.15 crore.
