Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today

At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in  red with a loss of 119 points or 0.16 per cent.

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped by 0.09 per cent, power zoomed by 0.83 per cent, and auto surged by 0.36 per cent.

Meanwhile, Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd, Neuland Laboratories Ltd and Garware Hi-Tech Films Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE today.

Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 10.00 per cent to trade at Rs 116.10 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces. 

Neuland Laboratories Ltd, an S&P BSE company, climbed 8.11 per cent to trade at Rs 18,379.95 apiece. Neuland Laboratories Limited (NLL) (NSE: NEULANDLAB; BSE:524558), a pharmaceutical manufacturer providing active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), complex intermediates and custom manufacturing solutions services to customers located in around 80 countries, today announced financial results for the year ended Mar 31st, 2026.

Garware Hi-Tech Films Ltd, an S&P BSE company, advanced 6.25 per cent to trade at Rs 5,231.85 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
