Shares Below Rs 100: Only Buyers Were Seen in These Stocks, Locked in Upper Circuit Today

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in the red on Friday with the Sensex down 1.25 per cent at 82,627 and the Nifty-50 down 1.30 per cent at 25,471. About 1,318 shares have advanced, 2,882 shares have declined and 164 shares have been unchanged on the BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 86,056 on November 27, 2025 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,373.20 on January 05, 2026.

The broader markets were in the red territory, with the BSE 150 Mid-Cap Index down 1.58 per cent and the BSE 250 Small-Cap Index down 1.50 per cent. The top 150 mid-cap index gainers were Linde India Ltd, K P R Mill Ltd, Hexaware Technologies Ltd and Thermax Ltd. In contrast, the top 250 small-cap index gainers were Engineers India Ltd, SignatureGlobal India Ltd, Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd and Vardhman Textiles Ltd.

On the sectoral front, all the indices were traded in red with BSE Commodities Index, BSE FMCG Index, BSE Energy Index, BSE IT Index, BSE Utilities Index, BSE Metals Index, BSE Oil & Gas Index, BSE Services Index, BSE Focused IT Index and BSE Realty Index, which gained over 1.5 per cent each.

As of February 13, 2026, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies was approximately Rs 465 lakh crore or USD 5.13 trillion. On the same day, 83 stocks hit a 52-week high while 193 stocks touched a 52-week low.
