AI-led digital transformation company Kellton has partnered with FutureAge AI Labs to develop Zourney, an AI-first B2B travel platform designed for travel businesses. The platform aims to embed intelligence across the travel booking value chain and unlock value for the travel trade ecosystem.

The platform is envisioned as an AI-native digital backbone for travel distribution. It integrates intelligence across supplier onboarding, pricing intelligence, booking management, servicing workflows, and post-sales engagement. By embedding AI at every stage, the platform seeks to make travel operations more intuitive, predictive, and efficient for travel partners.

Addressing Structural Challenges in B2B Travel

India’s travel industry is entering a new phase of digital growth. While customer-facing travel platforms have evolved rapidly in the last decade, B2B travel systems have lagged behind. Travel distribution partners often face fragmented supplier integrations, time-intensive servicing workflows, limited personalization, and margin pressure due to operational inefficiencies.

To address these issues, Kellton developed Zourney as a unified AI-native operating layer rather than simply adding automation to legacy systems. The platform is designed to support smarter pricing decisions, real-time personalization, streamlined servicing, and data-driven decision-making for travel partners. This approach also expands inventory access while improving operational efficiency.

Niranjan Chintam, Executive Chairman of Kellton, said the travel sector is reaching a critical inflection point where intelligence will drive the next wave of growth. Drawing on Kellton’s experience working with major online travel agencies, airlines, and airport operators globally, he noted that Zourney aims to simplify operational complexity, reduce friction, improve partner productivity, and enable smarter decision-making across the travel journey.

Faster Booking Workflows for Travel Agents

Travel agents typically spend one to two days completing a booking as they search for ground transport, activities, and inventory across multiple systems. The process often involves several logins, WhatsApp group coordination, supplier confirmations, and payment follow-ups. On average, agents may need three to five customer call-backs to close a single booking, while fragmented supplier networks can lead to pricing inefficiencies and margin losses.

Zourney is designed to compress the entire booking workflow into less than five minutes. Through a unified platform and single API integration, travel agents can create prebuilt holiday itineraries, manage hotel and flight bookings, and handle payments through an integrated ecosystem connecting local and international destination management companies.

Nitin Sethi, Founder of FutureAge AI Labs, said the future of travel distribution will depend on platforms that combine scale with embedded intelligence. According to him, Zourney aims to provide travel partners with advanced capabilities such as predictive insights, automation, and real-time orchestration that were previously available only to larger industry players.

Building an AI-Led Travel Distribution Network

The collaboration reflects a broader shift in India’s travel technology ecosystem, where platforms are moving away from transaction-focused models toward AI-driven infrastructure that prioritizes efficiency, user experience, and sustainable economics.

Sandeep Kumar, Founder and CEO of Zourney, said the larger opportunity in B2B travel lies not just in increasing access but in providing smarter infrastructure for partners. He highlighted that the platform combines technology depth, operational discipline, and ecosystem thinking to build a more resilient and intelligence-led travel distribution network.

Kellton operates as a global AI-led digital transformation and technology consulting company, delivering solutions across cloud, data, AI, enterprise platforms, and digital product engineering. The company has over 2,000 professionals across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Zourney, built with Kellton’s digital transformation expertise and FutureAge AI Labs’ venture-building capabilities, aims to reshape the next generation of AI-powered travel distribution platforms by embedding intelligence across supplier onboarding, pricing systems, booking workflows, and post-sales engagement.

The company has a market cap of over Rs 924 crore. The stock price has surged over 64.82 per cent in last 3 years. The stock has also delivered about 20 per cent returns from its 52-week low of Rs 14.60 per share.
