Overnight Digest – Stocks to look out for on May 10

The stocks which could see a significant movement on May 10 are Claris Lifesciences Ltd.; VA Tech Wabag Limited; GMR Energy; Vardhman Textiles; SKF India Ltd.

a) Claris Life Sciences Ltd.: Company on May 9 postmarket, has declared its Q4FY16 results. On a (YoY) basis the Net profits have declined by 12 per cent, it is quite likely that the scrips will react to results.

b) VA Tech Wabag Limited: VA Tech Wabag Limited has liquidated its business from its Subsidiary Beijing VA Tech. The shares could see a movement on May 10. The shares on May 9 have closed at Rs 576.55, up by 2.22 per cent.

c) GMR Energy: GMR Energy will disinvest 30 per cent in GMR Energy's assets to a Malaysian power utility for $300 million. GMR sold its stakes to Tenaga for a cash consideration of $300 million.

d) Vardhman Textiles: Vardhman Textiles has announced that it will sell its 40 percent stake in Vardhman Yarns and Threads to A&E Global. Company will get Rs 396 crore from the sale of its stake in the yarns and threads business.

e) SKF India Ltd.: Company will declare its Q4FY16 results on May 10. SKF is the leading player in manufacturing of other industrial goods. With analysts posting a mixed forecast of the earnings, it could be interesting to see the results tomorrow.
