Overnight Digest – Stocks to look out for on June 15

The stocks which could witness significant movement on June 15 are Syndicate Bank Limited, Coal India, Lupin Limited, Bharti Airtel Limited and Unitech Limited.

Syndicate Bank: CBI files charge sheet against then chief manager of Syndicate Bank and four others in a fraud case relating to an alleged loss of Rs 1000 crore faced by the bank. The bank may face some correction in Tuesday’s trading session.

Coal India: Coal India’s subsidiary, South Eastern Coalfields limited in its meeting held on June 14,2016 considered and approved  the buyback of 846359 fully paid equity shares of face value of Rs. 1000/- each from the members of the Company on a proportionate basis through tender offer. Coal India will be watched out in June 15's trading session.

Lupin: Lupin Holdings Private Limited which already holds 8.97 per cent promoters stake in Lupin has announced further acquisition of 96489 shares in the company. The share price will be in the limelight in Tuesday’s trading session.

Bharti Airtel: India’s Bharti Airtel and Singapore Telecommunications have joined hands to provide high speed data network coverage across 325 cities in the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Europe and US under one network. The association is likely to boost Bharti Airtel’s value proposition for enterprise customers.

Unitech: The court has ordered proceedings against the realty major Unitech and the top bosses in case of alleged cheating lodged by the investor for not giving him possession of flat booked in 2006 in Greater Noida for which he had paid a total sale consideration of Rs 39.07 lakh.
