Nifty is trading in the red at 8639.45 level and the fertiliser stocks appear to be falling in line with the broader market. The market breadth is negative, with 663 advances and 952 declines and 308 remaining unchanged on the NSE in the afternoon hours.

The fertiliser stocks that were trading flat or in the negative territory on Monday were:
Coromandel International Ltd opened at Rs 332.50 with a minor gain of Rs 0.15 and declined as the day progressed. It touched a low of Rs 317.60 during the day, down by Rs 14.75 or 4.43 per cent.
Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd, which was trading at Rs 257, was down by Rs 4.65 or 1.78 per cent.
Zuari Agro Chemicals Ltd was trading at Rs 338 and was down by Rs 2.70 or 0.79 per cent.
Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd was trading at Rs 82.05, down by Rs 0.55 or 0.67 per cent.
