In what can be termed as a surprise for traders, the NSE has shut its operations on temporary basis. The trading will start at 11.00 hours and the pre-opening will end at 11.07 am. The markets will re-open for full-fledged trading at 11.15 a.m.

Exact reasons behind the trading halt is not known however some technical issues is seen as the reason behind the chaos.
Markets experts believe that investors and traders need not worry as the exchange in such cases either cancel trades or asks traders to put re-orders for the same.
