Today Just Dial informed the BSE in the morning session that the meeting of Board of Directors would be held on July 24, 2017. The board will consider the proposal for Buyback of Equity shares of the company.

The board would also consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the company for first quarter of FY18.
The stock today surged by 6.7 percent from its previous close of Rs 354.45. It closed today at Rs 378.15.
In March 2017, the stock was trading high at Rs 615.15 and since then a steep downfall in the price was observed with loss of almost 60 percent till date. Pricing pressure and diminishing pace of listing additions have affected the growth of its business.
Two weeks back, the CFO of the company had resigned which led the share price to dip by 5 percent.
CFO R. Krishnamachari would be relieved from his duties from September 30, 2017. The shareholders are looking forward for the announcement of successor CFO.
