HDIL helps BSE Realty index escalate upwards

The S&P BSE Realty index was trading higher by 0.86% at the 2004.15 level during Friday’s trading session on the BSE at 1152 hours on account of HDIL, which was trading higher by 5.88% at Rs 59.35 per share.

HDIL was contributing 6.45 points to the Reality index gain. At the same time, Prestige, Oberoi Reality and DLF were contributing more than 2 points each for the S&P BSE Reality index gain. 

Unitech, Sobha, Oberoi Reality and Prestige are trading in the green zone. Prestige was higher by 2.76% at Rs 257 per share, Unitech was up by 2.44% at Rs 7.58 per share, Sobha was higher by 1.76% at Rs 367, and Oberoi Reality was higher by 1.73% at Rs 372 per share. Meanwhile, Indiabulls Real Estate, Omaxe and DLF are trading flat.
 
On the other hand, Phoenix Mills was trading in negative territory, down by 3.28% at Rs 491 per share. Godrej Properties was also down by 0.22% at Rs 498 per share.
