Entertainment company Mukta Arts has sold its investment of 30,65,219 equity shares in Maya Digital – constituting 12.34% of its share capital – at an agreed price of Rs 20 per share to Cosmos Entertainment.
Entertainment company Mukta Arts has sold its investment of 30,65,219 equity shares in Maya Digital – constituting 12.34% of its share capital – at an agreed price of Rs 20 per share to Cosmos Entertainment. This was for a total amount of Rs 6,13,04,380. Mukta Arts had acquired the company at a cost of Rs 1,83,92,188.
Meanwhile, the stock was trading lower by 1.19% at Rs 91 per share on the BSE at 1144 hours. It opened at Rs 94 per share and touched its intraday high and low at Rs 94 and Rs 90 per share, respectively.
The stock attracted a total traded volume of 75,056 shares and traded value of Rs 68.98 lakhs on the NSE at 1146 hours. Its 52-week high was Rs 132.50 and the low was at Rs 61.95, respectively. Meanwhile, the benchmark index Sensex was trading higher by 90.95 points at 31,349 and Nifty was trading upwards by 36 points at 9,790.
