KDDL Ltd Q1 FY27 Results
KDDL reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 633.80 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 465.00 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, registering a 36.3 per cent YoY growth. On a sequential basis, revenue increased 10.2 per cent from Rs 574.99 crore reported in Q4 FY26.
Profit before tax (PBT) stood at Rs 61.97 crore, compared with Rs 43.92 crore in Q1 FY26, reflecting a 41.1 per cent YoY growth. Compared with Rs 50.42 crore in Q4 FY26, PBT increased 22.9 per cent sequentially.

Download Service BrochureProfit after tax (PAT) rose to Rs 44.75 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 29.70 crore in the year-ago quarter, registering a 50.7 per cent YoY growth. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, PAT increased 29.6 per cent from Rs 34.54 crore reported in Q4 FY26.

DII Stake More Than Doubles
According to the latest shareholding pattern for the quarter ended June 2026, Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) increased their holding to 2.16 per cent, compared with 1.88 per cent in the March 2026 quarter, representing an increase of around 14.9 per cent QoQ. On a year-on-year basis, DII holding more than doubled from 0.97 per cent in the June 2025 quarter.
Meanwhile, Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) held 7.98 per cent of the company at the end of the June 2026 quarter, compared with 8.16 per cent in the previous quarter. Promoter shareholding stood at 50.15 per cent, while public shareholding was 39.58 per cent.
