BSE Q1 FY27 Financial Performance
BSE reported revenue from operations of Rs 1,566.02 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 957.95 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, registering a 63.5 per cent YoY growth. On a sequential basis, revenue increased marginally by 0.2 per cent from Rs 1,563.51 crore in Q4 FY26.

Profit before Tax (PBT) increased to Rs 1,163.66 crore from Rs 701.40 crore in the year-ago quarter, registering a 65.9 per cent YoY growth. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, PBT rose 9.4 per cent from Rs 1,063.45 crore.
Profit after tax (PAT) rose to Rs 872.66 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 526.22 crore in Q1 FY26, recording a 65.8 per cent YoY growth. Compared with Rs 795.47 crore reported in Q4 FY26, PAT increased 9.7 per cent QoQ.

Key Developments
Along with the Quarterly Results, the Board approved the appointment of KKC & Associates LLP as the company's statutory auditors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
The Board also approved the acquisition of additional equity shares in India International Bullion Holding IFSC Limited (IIBH). Following the transaction, BSE's direct stake in IIBH will increase from 3.33 per cent to 20 per cent, making it a direct associate company of BSE. The acquisition is aimed at consolidating BSE's shareholding in the bullion market infrastructure company.
