Inox Wind Lts secured a 200 MW turnkey order from NLC India Limited with an approximate contract value of Rs 1,600 crore, further reinforcing its presence in the domestic wind energy market. The project is scheduled to be commissioned within 24 months from the date of the Letter of Award (LoA).
The contract will be executed on a comprehensive turnkey basis, covering supply of wind turbine generators (WTGs), engineering, procurement and Construction (EPC), as well as post-commissioning operations and maintenance (O&M) services. The repeat nature of the order underscores the company’s continued engagement with public sector enterprises in the power sector.

The company said the order book comprises a diversified mix of commercial and industrial (C&I) customers, public sector undertakings (PSUs) and independent power producers (IPPs). According to the company, the balanced customer portfolio provides revenue visibility and reflects its standing in India’s renewable energy landscape.
The 200 MW project strengthens Inox Wind’s position as an integrated wind energy solutions provider capable of delivering large-scale turnkey wind projects. It adds to the company’s execution pipeline at a time when renewable energy capacity addition in India continues to gather pace. The company stated that the addition supports long-term execution visibility aligned with the country’s clean energy transition.

Its manufacturing capacity stands at approximately 2.5 GW per annum.
