Revenue increased 7 per cent YoY to Rs 67,900 crore, while reported profit after Tax (PAT) rose 14 per cent YoY to Rs 4,100 crore from Rs 3,600 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

L&T Record Order Book at Rs 7.79 Lakh Crore

The company's consolidated order book reached a record Rs 7.79 lakh crore as of June 30, 2026, representing a 27 per cent YoY increase from Rs 6.13 lakh crore a year earlier.

International projects accounted for 52 per cent of the total order book, while management highlighted a strong addressable project pipeline of around Rs 15 lakh crore across domestic and overseas markets. The robust order inflow during the quarter was supported by ultra-mega offshore wind projects in Europe and sustained ordering from the domestic private sector.

During the quarter, L&T completed the divestment of Nabha Power and signed a share purchase agreement to divest its stake in L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad).

The company also announced several strategic initiatives, including:

  • Partnership with Israel-based EVR Motors for next-generation EV traction motors.
  • Collaboration between L&T Vyoma and Fortanix to deliver sovereign AI cloud solutions.
  • Partnership with France-based Exail for advanced unmanned mine countermeasure systems.

The Technology, Platforms & Services business delivered 15 per cent YoY revenue growth, led by broad-based growth across LTM and higher sustainability-related business in LTTS.

The Manufacturing & Products segment reported 9 per cent YoY revenue growth, supported by strong execution in Precision Engineering & Systems and Construction Equipment businesses.

The Financial Services business continued its strong momentum, with income from operations rising 27 per cent YoY and PAT increasing 29 per cent YoY, backed by robust retail disbursements, improving collection efficiency and better asset quality.
