ACME Solar's Subsidiary Commissions Additional 4 MW Wind Power in Gujarat, Cumulative Capacity Reaches 92 MW

ACME Eco Clean Energy Private Limited, a subsidiary of ACME Solar Holdings, has commissioned an additional 4 MW out of its 100 MW wind power project located at Village Dhakaniya, Taluka Sayla, District Surendaranagar, Gujarat. With this addition, the subsidiary has now achieved a cumulative commissioned capacity of 92 MW out of the total 100 MW planned for the project. The commissioning has been witnessed and confirmed by officials of the Gujarat Energy Development Agency and Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited, with the formal certificate expected to be issued shortly.

As of December 2025, ACME Solar Holdings Ltd reported promoter holding at 83.29%, compared to 83.41% in the previous quarter. FII shareholding declined to 4.03% from 5.57% in September 2025. DII holding increased to 6.87% from 6.39% in the previous quarter. Public shareholding rose to 5.69% from 4.63%, while others stood at 0.11% compared to 0.00% earlier. Overall, the shareholding structure shows marginal changes on a quarter-on-quarter basis.
