EBITDA, including other income, stood at Rs 16.48 crore during the quarter, compared with Rs 16.17 crore in Q4FY25, reflecting growth of nearly 2 per cent. The company maintained strong operating profitability, with EBITDA margin at 45.4 per cent. Profit after Tax increased to Rs 11.71 crore from Rs 11.47 crore reported in the year-ago quarter.

For FY26, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs 106.71 crore and total income of Rs 110.21 crore. EBITDA for the year stood at Rs 35.66 crore, while profit after tax came in at Rs 23.86 crore.
The Board declared a total Dividend payout of Rs 16.64 crore for FY26, representing approximately 70 per cent of the company’s net profit after tax for the year.
Advani Hotels Strong Balance Sheet And Dividend Profile
A key highlight remains the company’s balance sheet strength. Advani Hotels continues to be debt-free and reported liquid fund reserves, including fixed deposits, of Rs 57.18 crore as of March 31, 2026. The company’s cash and cash equivalent position accounts for more than 10 per cent of its current market capitalisation.
The stock also offers a dividend yield of around 3.5 per cent, providing an additional income component for shareholders.

The company has commenced Construction of a new banquet facility within the hotel premises, which is being funded entirely through internal accruals. Additionally, the introduction of pickleball courts and continued demand from leisure travellers, weddings and MICE activities are expected to support future business growth.
