Schneider Electric Institutional Holdings Continue to Rise

Schneider Electric's latest shareholding pattern reflects growing institutional interest. Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) increased their stake from 3.02 per cent in December 2025 to 3.18 per cent in March 2026, while Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) raised their holding from 3.28 per cent to 4.07 per cent during the same period.

Over a longer period, institutional participation has strengthened considerably. FII ownership has increased from 0.67 per cent in June 2023 to 3.18 per cent in March 2026, while DII holding has nearly doubled from 2.17 per cent to 4.07 per cent, reflecting sustained confidence from institutional investors.

Investor Akash Bhanshali Cuts Stake

According to the March 2026 shareholding data, Ace Investor Akash Bhanshali reduced his stake in the company to 1.97 per cent, compared with 2.30 per cent in the December 2025 quarter. Despite the reduction, he continues to remain among the company's notable public shareholders.

Promoter holding remained unchanged at 75 per cent, while public shareholding declined from 18.70 per cent in December 2025 to 17.74 per cent in March 2026, indicating a gradual increase in institutional ownership.
