Fineotex Chemical Q1 FY27 Results
On a consolidated basis, Fineotex Chemical reported total income of Rs 386.72 crore in Q1 FY27, registering a 164.48 per cent YoY increase from Rs 146.22 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Revenue from operations increased to Rs 376.63 crore from Rs 137.07 crore, reflecting a 174.76 per cent YoY growth, The company's profit before Tax (PBT) rose 105.58 per cent YoY to Rs 64.74 crore, compared with Rs 31.49 crore in Q1 FY26. Profit after tax (PAT) increased 92.61 per cent YoY to Rs 48.21 crore from Rs 25.03 crore in the year-ago quarter.
On a sequential basis, revenue from operations increased 20.05 per cent from Rs 313.73 crore in Q4 FY26, while PAT grew 10.07 per cent from Rs 43.79 crore. PBT also increased 34.53 per cent quarter-on-quarter from Rs 48.13 crore.
Operational Highlights
The company reported Operational EBITDA of approximately Rs 59.14 crore, compared with Rs 25.20 crore in Q1 FY26, representing a 134.74 per cent YoY increase.
Fineotex also reported a Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) of approximately 33.06 per cent during Q1 FY27. In addition, the company's consolidated business recorded volume growth of approximately 130.84 per cent YoY, reflecting strong demand across its product portfolio.

Ashish Kacholia Shareholding
According to the latest shareholding pattern for the June 2026 quarter, Ace Investor Ashish Kacholia held a 2.06 per cent stake in Fineotex Chemical. His shareholding declined from 2.58 per cent in the March 2026 quarter and 2.59 per cent in the December 2025 quarter.
During the June 2026 quarter, FII holdings increased to 3.16 per cent from 2.92 per cent in the previous quarter, while DII holdings rose marginally to 1.35 per cent from 1.27 per cent. Promoter shareholding remained unchanged at 62.30 per cent. The total number of shareholders increased to 1,80,711 from 1,62,276 in the March 2026 quarter.
