Ashish Kacholia Exits Entire Stake

According to the latest bulk deal data on the BSE, Ace Investor Ashish Rameshchandra Kacholia sold 5,76,347 equity shares, representing his entire 5.32 per cent stake in Dhabriya Polywood.

The transaction was executed at an average price of Rs 387.04 per share, taking the total deal value to approximately Rs 22.29 crore. Following the transaction, Ashish Kacholia has completely exited his investment in the company.

Abakkus Venture Opportunities Fund Buys Stake

On the buy side, Abakkus Venture Opportunities Fund purchased 6,01,341 equity shares at an average price of Rs 387.80 per share through a bulk deal.

Based on the company's equity capital, the purchase represents an ownership of approximately 5.55 per cent. The total acquisition value works out to around Rs 23.32 crore.

Another market participant, Surya Vanshi Commodtrade Pvt. Ltd., sold 1,00,000 equity shares at an average price of Rs 387.06 per share.
