The company's total income increased 16 per cent year-on-year to a record Rs 230 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 199 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
EBITDA grew 45 per cent YoY to Rs 63 crore from Rs 44 crore, with EBITDA margin expanding to 31 per cent.
Profit Before Exceptional Item and Tax rose 36 per cent YoY to Rs 78 crore from Rs 57 crore. Profit Before Tax (PBT) increased 31 per cent to Rs 75 crore from Rs 57 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) grew 21 per cent to Rs 57 crore from Rs 47 crore in Q1 FY26.
Strong Performance Across Business Segments
All of CarTrade Tech's operating businesses delivered healthy growth during the quarter.
The Consumer Group reported 18 per cent year-on-year revenue growth and 33 per cent EBITDA growth, with EBITDA margin improving to 33 per cent The Remarketing Business recorded 13 per cent revenue growth and 38 per cent EBITDA growth, with EBITDA margin at 28 per cent, Meanwhile, OLX India continued its strong momentum with 29 per cent revenue growth and 76 per cent EBITDA growth, achieving an EBITDA margin of 29 per cent.

Operational Highlights
CarTrade Tech continued to witness strong user engagement during the quarter, with approximately 80 million average monthly unique visitors, while 95 per cent of total traffic came through organic channels.
The company said its flagship platforms CarWale, BikeWale and OLX India each cater to more than 150 million annual unique visitors.
In the remarketing segment, the company achieved an annualised run-rate of 1.5 million auction listings, reinforcing its leadership in the vehicle auction market.
CarTrade Tech also expanded its nationwide footprint to more than 500 physical locations, including Shriram Automall, CarWale abSure, Signature dealerships and OLX India franchise outlets.
