The Senior Notes will be listed on the Global Securities Market of India International Exchange (IFSC) Limited as well as the Debt Securities Market of NSE IFSC Limited.

The bank's disclosure also states that the offering circular and pricing supplements relating to the Global Medium Term Note Programme have not been and will not be registered or filed as a prospectus or similar public-offer document with SEBI, the Reserve Bank of India or other Indian regulatory authorities.
