On Tuesday, shares of Amber Enterprises India Ltd jumped 6.7 per cent to Rs 7,513 per share from its previous closing of Rs 7,043.40 per share. The shares of the company saw a Spurt in Volume by more than 4 times.
Amber Enterprises reported a strong financial performance for Q3FY26, with revenue reaching Rs 2,943 crore, a significant growth of 38 per cent compared to the same quarter last year. The company's Operating EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 247 crore, reflecting a robust increase of 53 per cent. Profit After Tax (PAT), before a one-off impairment of Rs 94 crore related to Shivalik, rose to Rs 84 crore, marking an impressive year-on-year jump of 128 per cent.
For the nine months (9MFY26), the company's consolidated revenue climbed to Rs 8,039 crore, representing a 29 per cent growth over the previous year. Operating EBITDA for this period was Rs 608 crore, up 26 per cent, while PAT (before the exceptional Rs 94 crore impairment) reached Rs 158 crore, a growth of 19 per cent. These figures were bolstered by strategic moves, including the acquisition of an 80 per cent stake in Pune-based Shogini Technoarts Pvt Ltd to strengthen their Bare PCB vertical.
Sector-specific performance showed the Electronics Division leading with a massive 79 per cent revenue growth in Q3FY26. The Consumer Durables division grew by 27 per cent, even as the industry transitioned to higher-efficiency BEE star-rating norms on January 1, 2026. Additionally, the Railway Sub-systems & Defence division recorded a 20 per cent revenue increase, supported by a healthy Order Book and the recent allotment of 100 acres and 16 acres of land at YEIDA for new manufacturing facilities.
