Creative Newtech Secures Two Major Government Orders Worth Rs 54.15 Crore from the Government of Maharashtra

On Friday, shares of Creative Newtech Ltd plunged 4.32 per cent to Rs 696 per share from its previous closing of Rs 727.55 per share.

Creative Newtech Ltd has reached a major growth milestone by securing two government contracts in Maharashtra totalling Rs 54.15 crore. These orders highlight the company’s evolving role as a key execution partner for large-scale public technology and safety programs. By leveraging a structured, system-led approach, the company is positioning itself as a reliable provider of integrated infrastructure for essential state services.

The first contract, valued at Rs 7.67 crore, involves deploying 600 body-worn camera systems for the Motor Vehicles Department (RTO). Creative Newtech will manage the entire lifecycle of the project—from equipment supply and system integration to training and maintenance. Utilising partnerships with STQC-certified brands like Matrix and Sparsh, the initiative aims to enhance transparency and digital efficiency within the state's enforcement operations.

The second and larger order, worth Rs 46.48 crore, was awarded by the Department of Disaster Management, Relief and Rehabilitation for the supply of 2,677 emergency response kits. Executed through a coordinated B2B partner ecosystem, this project focuses on strengthening the state’s preparedness for natural and man-made emergencies. Together, these engagements underscore the company's capacity to deliver complex, high-stakes government programs with accountability and scale.
