DCX Systems Secures Rs 431.83 Crore Purchase Orders

DCX Systems Limited informed the stock exchanges that it has received fresh purchase orders aggregating approximately Rs 431.83 crore from its customers in the normal course of business. The orders have been received across multiple product categories and include both domestic and export business.

The largest order, valued at approximately Rs 409.40 crore, is for the supply of Electronic Kits and has been classified as an export order.

In addition, the company received purchase orders worth approximately Rs 22.43 crore for the manufacture and supply of Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies, covering both domestic and export customers.

Wholly Owned Subsidiary Receives Additional Orders

DCX Systems also informed that its wholly owned subsidiary, Raneal Advanced Systems Private Limited, has received purchase orders worth approximately Rs 4.02 crore. The orders relate to the manufacture and supply of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assemblies for both domestic and export customers.

Including the subsidiary's order wins, the total value of purchase orders announced by the group stands at approximately Rs 435.85 crore.

Strengthens Defence Electronics Order Pipeline

The latest orders further strengthen DCX Systems' order pipeline across defence and Aerospace electronics. The export order for electronic kits forms the largest component of the announcement, while the cable and wire harness assemblies and PCB assembly orders add to the company's manufacturing portfolio across both domestic and international markets.

The company stated that all the purchase orders have been received in the normal course of business.
