The company also reported growth at the standalone level. Standalone revenue from operations stood at Rs 739.3 crore, up 15 per cent YoY. Standalone EBITDA increased 22 per cent to Rs 105 crore, while standalone PAT rose 30 per cent to Rs 79.3 crore.
Order Book Hits Record Rs 19,400 Crore
One of the key highlights of the quarter was the company's order book.
VA Tech Wabag Ltd recorded order intake of around Rs 3,400 crore during the quarter, taking its order book to approximately Rs 19,400 crore, excluding framework contracts.
The record order book provides the company with strong revenue visibility going ahead and highlights the continued demand for water and wastewater treatment projects.
Net Cash Position Remains Strong
The company maintained its net cash-positive position for the 14th consecutive quarter. Gross cash stood at Rs 1,082.3 crore, while the net cash position, excluding HAM, was Rs 964.9 crore.
FII Holding Increases
The company's shareholding pattern also showed increased participation from foreign institutional investors. FII holding increased from 16.60 per cent as of March 31, 2026, to 18.25 per cent as of June 30, 2026. This represents an increase of 1.65 percentage points during the quarter.
