Pearl Global Industries First-Ever Bonus Issue

Pearl Global Industries informed the exchanges that its Board of Directors has recommended the first-ever bonus issue in the company's history in the ratio of 1:1, subject to shareholders' approval. Eligible shareholders will receive one fully paid-up equity share of Rs 5 each for every one existing fully paid-up equity share held on the record date, which will be announced separately. The Board also constituted a Bonus Allotment Committee to oversee matters related to the issue, while the proposal for a Stock Split has been deferred.

Following the bonus issue, the company's paid-up equity capital will increase from 4.62 crore equity shares to 9.24 crore equity shares. The bonus shares will be issued by capitalising reserves, including the General Reserve, Capital Redemption Reserve, Securities Premium and Retained Earnings. 

As of March 31, 2026, the company had Rs 549.26 crore of eligible reserves available for the purpose. The bonus shares are expected to be credited on or before October 4, 2026, subject to receipt of all necessary approvals.

Pearl Global Industries Q1 FY27 Results

Pearl Global Industries reported a healthy financial performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations increased to Rs 1,528.26 crore from Rs 1,227.92 crore in Q1 FY26, registering a 24.5 per cent year-on-year (YoY) growth. Compared with Rs 1,313.58 crore reported in Q4 FY26, revenue grew 16.3 per cent quarter-on-quarter (QoQ).

Total income stood at Rs 1,538.97 crore, compared with Rs 1,239.22 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, reflecting a 24.2 per cent YoY growth, while increasing 16.3 per cent QoQ from Rs 1,323.76 crore.

Profit before Tax (PBT) rose to Rs 119.57 crore, compared with Rs 76.33 crore in Q1 FY26, registering a 56.7 per cent YoY growth. On a sequential basis, PBT increased 25.8 per cent from Rs 95.05 crore in Q4 FY26.

Profit after tax (PAT) increased to Rs 99.23 crore from Rs 65.56 crore in the year-ago quarter, registering a 51.4 per cent YoY growth. Compared with Rs 80.98 crore in Q4 FY26, PAT rose 22.5 per cent QoQ.

Shareholding Pattern

Institutional participation remained healthy during the June 2026 quarter. Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) increased their holding to 19.16 per cent, up from 18.80 per cent in the March 2026 quarter. Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) also raised their stake to 6.82 per cent from 6.48 per cent.

Among foreign investors, Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio reduced its holding to 1.68 per cent in June 2026 from 2.12 per cent in the previous quarter. Meanwhile, Premier Investment Fund Limited continued to remain the largest foreign institutional shareholder with a 3.20 per cent stake.
