Total expenses increased to Rs 533.67 crore from Rs 421.70 crore in Q1 FY26.

After total tax expenses of Rs 42.73 crore, consolidated net profit stood at Rs 130.91 crore, compared with Rs 66.98 crore in the year-ago quarter, marking a 95.45 per cent YoY increase.
Profit attributable to owners of the company also stood at Rs 130.91 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 66.98 crore in Q1 FY26. Basic and diluted EPS increased to Rs 182.13 from Rs 93.19 in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Rs 17 Interim Dividend Declared
Along with the Quarterly Results, the Board approved and declared an interim dividend of Rs 17 per equity share of Rs 10 each for FY27. The company has fixed August 21, 2026 as the record date for determining shareholders eligible to receive the interim dividend.
