On January 3, 2022, the domestic benchmark indices opened in the green zone. At 12.21 pm, both Sensex, as well as Nifty, were trading in the positive territory i.e. up by 1.10 per cent & 1.07 per cent at 58,892.11 and 17,539.60 levels, respectively.
