Godrej Consumer Products reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 4,225.47 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 3,571.32 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, registering a 18.3 per cent year-on-year growth. Total income increased 17.0 per cent YoY to Rs 4,277.35 crore from Rs 3,655.84 crore.

Basic earnings per share (EPS) improved to Rs 4.93 from Rs 4.42 in the year-ago quarter.
Godrej Consumer Products Interim Dividend
The Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of Rs 5 per equity share (500 per cent on the face value of Re 1 each) for FY2026-27. The record date for determining eligible shareholders has been fixed as August 13, 2026, and the dividend will be paid on or before September 5, 2026.

Board Update
The company also informed that Amisha Jain, Non-Executive Independent Director, has resigned from the Board with effect from the close of business hours on August 7, 2026, citing increased professional commitments. Following her resignation, she will also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee. The company stated that the Board will continue to remain compliant with the applicable regulatory requirements, with 4 out of 8 directors being independent directors.
