According to bulk deal data available on the NSE, Goldman Sachs Funds – Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio purchased 19,41,018 equity shares of CMR Green Technologies on June 10, 2026.

The transaction was executed at an average price of Rs 256.64 per share, taking place shortly after the company's stock market debut. The fresh institutional entry by Goldman Sachs comes amid strong investor interest in the newly listed company.

CMR Green Technologies Strong Stock Market Debut

Shares of CMR Green Technologies made a strong debut on the stock exchanges on June 10, 2026, following its Rs 630.88 crore IPO.

The stock listed at Rs 275.40 per share on the BSE, representing a premium of 43.44 per cent over the issue price of Rs 192 per share. On the NSE, the shares debuted at Rs 268, reflecting a premium of 39.58 per cent compared with the IPO price.

CMR Green Technologies IPO Subscribed 127 Times

CMR Green Technologies received an overwhelming response from investors during its IPO.

The issue attracted bids for 292.75 crore shares against 2.30 crore shares on offer, resulting in an overall subscription of 127.04 times.

Institutional investors led demand, with the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) portion subscribed 270.46 times. The Non-Institutional Investor (NII) category was subscribed 172.35 times, while the Retail Investor segment was subscribed 27.03 times.
