Lorenzini Apparels Limited is opening a new retail store in Janipur, Jammu, which will be operational and open to customers starting on September 8, 2025. The company made this announcement in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. This new store marks an expansion of the company's retail presence.

According to the Quarterly Results, the company reported revenue of Rs 9.19 crore, operating profit of Rs 0.46 crore and net profit of Rs 0.96 crore. Looking at the annual results, the net sales increased by 16 per cent to Rs 63.42 crore and the net profit increased 10 per cent to Rs 5.84 crore in FY25 over FY24. The company repaid Rs 9.42 crore debt and decreased it Rs 9.57 crore in FY25 compared to FY24.
