Management Commentary
Commenting on the performance, Kamal Taneja, Managing Director, said: "The company reported robust sales performance in Q2 2026 and H1 2026, supported by strong volume growth as well as pass through of higher pricing to mitigate raw material cost inflation. EBIT increased during both periods, benefiting from volume leverage, an improved product mix, and operational efficiency gains, despite the impact of certain non-recurring charges and geopolitical challenges. Aligned with its global strategic priorities, the company continued to emphasise profitable growth, disciplined capital allocation, and a strong culture of accountability."
He further added: "As a part of Huhtamaki Strategy 2030, our ambition is to be the first choice in sustainable packaging solutions."
