IIFL Finance Q1 FY27 Financial Performance
IIFL Finance reported total income of Rs 3,921.88 crore in Q1 FY27, registering a 32.53 per cent YoY increase from Rs 2,959.30 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Interest income rose 44.13 per cent YoY to Rs 3,723.37 crore from Rs 2,583.49 crore.
The company's profit before Tax (PBT) increased 160.63 per cent YoY to Rs 928.64 crore, compared with Rs 356.31 crore in Q1 FY26. Consolidated net profit after tax (PAT) surged 160.11 per cent YoY to Rs 713.13 crore, from Rs 274.17 crore in the year-ago period. Earnings per share (EPS) increased to Rs 15.87 from Rs 5.49 a year earlier.
Asset Quality and Profitability
During the quarter, the company reported an operating margin of 31.20 per cent and a net profit margin of 18.18 per cent. Gross Non-Performing Assets (GNPA) stood at 1.55 per cent, while Net Non-Performing Assets (NNPA) remained at 0.82 per cent. The specific provision coverage ratio was reported at 47.30 per cent.

Balance Sheet and Capital Position
As of June 30, 2026, IIFL Finance reported a net worth of Rs 14,200.45 crore, while its debt-to-equity ratio stood at 4.52 and total debt-to-total assets ratio was 0.80. The company maintained healthy asset quality during the quarter, with Gross NPA at 1.55 per cent and Net NPA at 0.82 per cent, supported by a specific provision coverage ratio of 47.30 per cent.
