ONGC Board Meeting Update
Oil and Natural Gas Corporation informed exchanges that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. The Board will consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
The company also stated that the Board will consider recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. ONGC further informed that the trading window for dealing in company securities by insiders will remain closed till May 28, 2026 in accordance with SEBI Insider Trading Regulations.
ONGC Shareholding Pattern
As per the latest March 2026 shareholding pattern, promoters held 58.89 per cent stake in ONGC, unchanged compared to the previous quarter. Foreign Institutional Investors increased their stake to 7.97 per cent in March 2026 from 7.43 per cent held in December 2025. Domestic Institutional Investors reduced their holding marginally to 19.30 per cent from 19.69 per cent in the previous quarter, while public shareholding stood at 3.54 per cent as of March 2026.
