JSW Energy Q4FY26 Results

JSW Energy reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 4,499 crore in Q4FY26 as against Rs 3,190 crore reported in Q4FY25, registering a growth of around 41 per cent YoY.

Profit before Tax came in at Rs 781 crore during Q4FY26 compared to Rs 560 crore reported in Q4FY25. Profit after tax stood at Rs 574 crore in Q4FY26 as against Rs 415 crore reported in the corresponding quarter previous year, reflecting a growth of nearly 38 per cent YoY.

EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 2,602 crore, registering a strong growth of around 72 per cent YoY, supported by contribution from renewable energy assets and operational improvements across the portfolio.

JSW Energy FY26 Annual Performance

For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, JSW Energy reported consolidated net profit of Rs 2,762 crore. The company continued to benefit from capacity additions, contribution from acquired renewable assets and higher generation during the year.

The company expanded its renewable and energy storage portfolio during FY26 as part of its long-term clean energy growth strategy.

Dividend Announcement

The Board of Directors recommended a dividend of Rs 2 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each for FY26, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Key Strategic Developments

During FY26, JSW Energy strengthened its long-term growth pipeline across thermal, renewable and energy storage businesses. The company expanded its Salboni thermal power pipeline capacity to 3,200 MW after securing an additional 1,600 MW Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). The company also undertook supply-chain integration initiatives through the Toshiba-JSW joint venture and acquisition process of GE Power’s boiler business.

JSW Energy also commissioned India’s largest Green Hydrogen plant and operationalised its 5.0 GWh battery assembly facility during the year, marking a major step towards vertical integration across clean energy and storage businesses. To support future expansion plans, the company further strengthened its balance sheet by raising around Rs 3,000 crore through preferential equity allotment to promoters during FY26.
