Volatility was the hallmark of Friday’s session. Indian markets, which were seen scaling to new heights in the morning session, fell flat on their face as they ended Friday’s session in the red.   

Furthermore, Indian VIX index was surging with more speed and ferocity; however, it cooled off a bit in the dying hours of the trading session.
