On the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Amritanshu Khaitan as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors, with effect from April 21, 2026, the day immediately succeeding the expiry of Mr. Manmohan Singh's tenure.
Mr. Khaitan, aged about 44 years, is a Promoter of the Company and was previously serving as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. He is a distinguished industrialist with extensive business interests and experience spanning the engineering sector. A graduate of the London Business School with an MBA, Mr. Khaitan has held key leadership positions and served on the boards of several listed companies. His strategic vision and focus on operational excellence have been widely recognised in the industry. Mr. Khaitan is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any order passed by SEBI or any other authority.
