Gateway Distriparks Limited (GDL) reported its Q3FY26 results, highlighted by the company reaching a net debt-free position for the first time since its inception. To celebrate this milestone and the 30th anniversary of its Nhava Sheva CFS land acquisition, the board declared a combined dividend of Rs 2 per share, consisting of a Rs 0.75 second interim dividend and a Rs 1.25 special interim dividend. Financially, the company clocked a total revenue of Rs 143.6 crore for the quarter, with EBITDA standing at Rs 24.06 crore.
The company is aggressively expanding its infrastructure to capitalise on upcoming global trade opportunities, specifically citing optimism regarding new trade agreements with the USA and the EU. GDL is increasing its rail capacity to 37 rakes by the end of Q1 next year through the purchase and lease-swapping of high-capacity units. This follows the October 2025 launch of domestic rail services from MMLP New Ankleshwar, which continues to gain momentum.
Strategic growth remains a priority with the announcement of an Rs 150 crore greenfield ICD project in Indore, situated near the high-growth Pithampur Industrial area. Additionally, following the consolidation of Snowman Logistics as a subsidiary, GDL expects to see benefits from rebounding seafood exports. Snowman is slated to expand its warehouse network using a mix of owned facilities and asset-light, build-to-suit models to further diversify the group's logistics capabilities.
