Citelum India operates in the city lighting and urban infrastructure segment, providing design, engineering, installation and maintenance services for street lighting and city lighting infrastructure. The company has experience in connected lighting solutions and managing lighting assets.
Since its inception in 2011, Citelum India has managed more than 3,00,000 lighting points across major projects in Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh's Indore and Chennai. Its capabilities also include energy management, IoT integration, remote network monitoring, EV charging infrastructure and environmental sensor technologies.

Krystal Integrated Targets Rs 300-350 Crore Revenue from New Vertical
Krystal Integrated Services has set a target of generating annual revenue of Rs 300-350 crore from the city lighting and urban infrastructure business over the next three to four years. To support this expansion, the company plans to invest approximately Rs 100 crore in engineering capabilities, technology platforms and business expansion.
The company said the acquisition will strengthen its ability to participate in long-term operations and maintenance projects requiring specialised engineering capabilities. It also intends to leverage Citelum India's domain expertise to pursue larger opportunities in city-focused electrical infrastructure.

Citelum India CEO and Director B Sivakumar said the acquisition is expected to provide an opportunity to strengthen and scale the company's existing capabilities in city lighting and urban infrastructure. The company expects the expansion to create more than 5,000 skilled and semi-skilled employment opportunities as operations scale.
