As per the March 2026 shareholding pattern, Ace Investor Mukul Mahavir Agrawal increased his stake in Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited to 6.62 per cent from 6.09 per cent held in the December 2025 quarter.
Foreign Institutional Investors also increased their holding in the company to 14.96 per cent in March 2026, as against 14.09 per cent in the previous quarter. Promoter holding remained unchanged at 31.69 per cent, while Domestic Institutional Investors reduced their stake to 7.82 per cent from 8.54 per cent. Public shareholding also declined marginally to 45.52 per cent from 45.68 per cent sequentially.
The total number of shareholders stood at 61,699 as of March 2026 compared to 63,713 in the December 2025 quarter.
