R&B Denims Stock Hits Upper Circuit Despite Recent Correction

R&B Denims shares touched the upper circuit limit of 5 per cent on Wednesday. The stock is currently trading near its 52-week low of Rs 9.01, while its 52-week high stands at Rs 69.70.

At the current market price of Rs 9.75, the stock remains approximately 86 per cent below its 52-week high, highlighting the significant correction witnessed over the past year.

Shareholding Pattern; FII Holding Increases More Than 3 Times

According to the latest shareholding pattern, Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) increased their stake to 2.07 per cent in March 2026 from 0.63 per cent in December 2025 and 0.56 per cent in September 2025.

On a year-on-year basis, FII holdings have increased from 0.06 per cent in March 2025 to 2.07 per cent in March 2026, representing an increase of more than 34 times over the period.

Meanwhile, Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) held 0.18 per cent of the company as of March 2026, while promoters maintained a stake of 57.38 per cent.

R&B Denims Recent Stock Performance

Despite Wednesday's upper circuit move, the stock has remained under pressure over the past few months. Shares have declined 24.01 per cent during the last one month and 76.59 per cent over the past six months.

The sharp correction has taken the stock significantly below its previous highs, although the recent upper circuit suggests renewed investor interest.
