MPS Ltd Q1 FY27 Financial Performance

On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations increased 20.38 per cent YoY to Rs 224.24 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 186.28 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Total income rose 17.45 per cent YoY to Rs 227.15 crore from Rs 193.41 crore.

Profit before Tax increased 41.07 per cent YoY to Rs 69.83 crore, while net profit grew 43.00 per cent YoY to Rs 50.39 crore compared with Rs 35.24 crore in Q1 FY26. Earnings per share (EPS) improved to Rs 29.70 from Rs 20.78 in the corresponding quarter last year.

Singapore Expansion

The Board of Directors approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore and an investment of up to Rs 1 crore towards its share capital. The company said the proposed subsidiary is aimed at strengthening its international presence and supporting its long-term business objectives, subject to applicable regulatory approvals.

Mukul Agrawal Continues to Hold Stake

According to the June 2026 shareholding pattern, Ace Investor Mukul Mahavir Agrawal continues to hold 7,62,457 equity shares, representing 4.46 per cent of the company's equity capital. The promoter holding remained unchanged at 68.34 per cent, while FII holding stood at 1.38 per cent and DII holding increased to 2.14 per cent during the quarter.

Other Key Developments

The Board also approved the appointment of Papinani Radha Rani as the company's Chief Risk Officer, in addition to her existing role as General Counsel, with effect from July 21, 2026. Further, the company has scheduled its 56th Annual General Meeting for September 4, 2026, through video conferencing.
