S.J.S. Enterprises informed the stock exchanges that its wholly owned subsidiary, SJS Decoplast Private Limited (SDPL), has established a new manufacturing facility at Ranjangaon, Pune, Maharashtra, which is now ready to commence commercial operations. The company said the expansion forms part of its ongoing growth strategy and is expected to significantly enhance SDPL's production capacity to support rising customer demand.
The subsidiary currently has a plastic plating capacity of 7,940 sq. ft. area per day with an existing capacity utilisation of 97 per cent. Under the expansion plan, SDPL will add 13,243 sq. ft. area per day of additional capacity. The expansion has been completed with an investment of Rs 100 crore, funded through a mix of internal accruals and debt, and is scheduled to become operational in August 2026. According to the company, the investment has been undertaken to support new business growth driven by strong customer demand.

S.J.S. Enterprises Completes Investment in Renewable Energy Company
In a separate filing, S.J.S. Enterprises announced that it has completed the subscription of 28,800 equity shares of DB Renews Private Limited for a total consideration of Rs 72 lakh, increasing its shareholding in the company to 2.08 per cent. The investment is in line with the agreements executed in February 2026 with Doddanavar Global Energy Private Limited and DB Renews Private Limited for the supply of up to 36 lakh units of wind power annually.
The company stated that the equity investment supports its renewable energy sourcing strategy and forms part of the previously announced Energy Purchase Agreement aimed at meeting a portion of its future electricity requirements through wind power.
