CG Power & Industrial Solutions reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 3,441.76 crore in Q4FY26 as against Rs 2,752.77 crore in Q4FY25, registering a growth of 25.0 per cent YoY. Total income stood at Rs 3,518.82 crore during the quarter compared with Rs 2,824.19 crore reported in the corresponding quarter previous year.
Profit before Tax came in at Rs 490.41 crore in Q4FY26 as against Rs 383.64 crore reported in Q4FY25, marking a growth of 27.8 per cent YoY. Profit after tax stood at Rs 363.46 crore compared with Rs 274.26 crore in the year-ago quarter, reflecting a growth of 32.5 per cent YoY. Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 2.32 as against Rs 1.78 reported in Q4FY25.
CG Power FY26 Annual Performance
For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, CG Power & Industrial Solutions reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 12,417.95 crore as against Rs 9,908.66 crore in FY25, registering a growth of 25.3 per cent YoY. Total income for FY26 stood at Rs 12,662.22 crore compared with Rs 10,070.83 crore in the previous financial year.
Profit before tax stood at Rs 1,626.23 crore in FY26 as against Rs 1,347.97 crore reported in FY25. Profit after tax came in at Rs 1,198.68 crore compared with Rs 972.98 crore in the previous financial year, reflecting a growth of 23.2 per cent YoY. Annual earnings per share stood at Rs 7.72 versus Rs 6.38 reported in FY25.
Dividend, QIP and Other Developments
During FY26, the company paid an interim dividend of Rs 1.30 per equity share. The company also completed a Qualified Institutional Placement during the year, raising Rs 3,000 crore through the issuance of equity shares at Rs 660 per share. Out of the total proceeds raised, Rs 380.80 crore had been utilised towards stated objectives as of March 31, 2026.
The company further stated that its subsidiary CG Semi Private Limited recognised government grant receivables of Rs 668.19 crore for its OSAT Semiconductor facility project, out of which Rs 601.46 crore had already been received by March 31, 2026.
Segment Performance
The Power Systems segment reported revenue of Rs 1,487.26 crore during Q4FY26, while the Industrial Systems segment contributed Rs 1,791.33 crore. The semiconductor business reported revenue of Rs 155.60 crore during the quarter.
